As a tangible reflection of this vision, Ero\u011flu Manufacturing Studio (EMS) began production in 2025 with the goal of achieving growth on a global scale.<\/p>

Operating across 150,000 m\u00b2 of indoor space in Egypt and employing more than 5,000 people, EMS is one of the world\u2019s largest integrated textile manufacturing facilities. With advanced production technologies, high quality standards, and an environmentally responsible approach, EMS manufactures for leading global retail brands while creating lasting value.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tAt EMS, all processes from cotton to garment production follow one another seamlessly through a continuous manufacturing system.\n\nWith a daily cotton processing capacity of 100 tons, a monthly knitting and dyeing capacity of 1,300 tons, a garment production volume of 2 million pieces, and our comprehensive approach to quality, we aim to make a difference in the industry.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
